Our designers make no assumptions as to what you are looking for; they are with you every step of the way.
Every subtle detail you share with them is given its due weight in the process.
You will be assigned a bespoke designer who will be your point of contact throughout the project from the initial design brief to manufacturing, delivery and installation.
All furniture is made in our own factory thereby we ensure consistency in quality and delivery.

Design Brief
Our team will present to you our design collection and portfolio, and work closely with you to understand your design requirements. They will also share with you samples of materials and fabrics, including our superior-grade woods, options for paint colours, shades and overall finish.

Design Commissioning
You will be assigned a Bespoke Designer who will be the point of contact between you and Voi Artis teams throughout the project. This includes the production department, installation and measuring teams and the financial department. They will make sure that the project runs on time.
Our team will visit your location, if needed, to further determine your requirements. We will then agree with you on the design brief.
During the Design Commissioning stage our designers work extensively on translating your design brief and personal requirements into unique bespoke designs. These designs will be presented to you in scaled 3D-format images along with samples of materials and colours to help you visualize the pieces. You will have the opportunity to amend the designs until they meet your approval.
